Opera Contemporary and Interior Fashion: opening of a new luxury store in the Philippines.
Last June 20th in the Philippines, the prestigious luxury furniture retailer Moda Interni opened its new space, welcoming an enthusiastic crowd and bringing together the country’s top architecture and design talents.
The event, titled “The Master’s Touch” and held in collaboration with BluPrint Magazine, was a grand launch featuring Opera Contemporary and other prestigious Italian luxury brands. These brands, symbols of the glamour and elegance of Made in Italy furniture, are fast becoming the benchmark of luxury in the Philippines.
To further elevate the experience, Moda Interni and BluPrint Magazine partnered with renowned talents to style key areas; all popular spaces where Moda Interni furniture is most used.
The Office & Lounge, which contains some of Opera Contemporary’s bestsellers, was designed by Ar. Rebecca Plaza Ti by WTA Architecture and Design Studio. The bedroom and closet, in which furniture from Opera Contemporary was combined, was designed by Ivy Almario of Atelier Almario. Accompanying the talents were brand representatives and export managers themselves.
Each room was a unique and appealing balance between the appeal of the brands and the aesthetics of the curators, demonstrating the versatility of Italian furniture. When creativity meets luxury, the sky really is the limit.

Geewel Fuster, editor-in-chief of BluPrint Magazine, shared his observations on this collaboration, “I am constantly reminded of how well regarded the local design industry is when it comes to furniture selection and of the impact that international brands, particularly Italian furniture retailers, have in the Philippines.”
More than objects for the home, these designs are works of art,” Fuster continues, “BluPrint strongly supports Moda Interni’s path in providing world-class products that not only incorporate the modern language of these furniture brands, but also promote the creative interpretation of Filipinas within each of them.”
Founder and president of Moda Interni, Goldwin Sison, expresses his sincere gratitude to all and reinforces the company’s vision, “Our greatest joy is for everyone to have the opportunity to furnish an exceptional retreat and proudly call it their home,” he says. “Opera Contemporary and our other brands embody this commitment to success.”
